The Union Township Civic Center is located at 4350 Aicholtz Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.

You may check the zoning of your property by calling the Planning & Zoning staff at 513-753-2300. You will need to provide the address and / or parcel number for the property in question.

A zoning permit is required whenever you are building, erecting, moving, adding an addition (to), or structurally altering a new or existing structure—or are changing the use of an existing structure or property. All zoning permits are issued by the Union Township Planning & Zoning Department. Please call 513-753-2300 for any questions.

You will need to submit two (2) copies of a site plan of your property—either a professional site plan or a neatly drawn site plan—that identifies the configuration of your property, all existing structures on your property, the purposed structure(s) and / or other proposed improvements to your property, and measurements indicating the setbacks from the new structure to the property lines. You will also need to submit a completed zoning application and the required fee(s).

Yes, residents of Union Township can request a room or the gym in the current calendar month, and up to two (2) calendar months out. Non-residents of Union Township can only make requests for reservations within the current calendar month.

You would need to check the online calendar to make sure the date that you want is open, and then fill out the online reservation request. Once received, a tentative confirmation will be sent to you along with the Rules & Regulations, a reservation application, and a deadline to hand-deliver your request—along with a copy of your driver’s license—back to the Civic Center.

A minimum of seven (7) working days are needed to process your request. It is recommended that you request a room or the gym as far ahead as possible / allowed.
