LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4504.181, the Union Township Board of Trustees will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM in Regular Session, and again on Monday December 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM in Special Session, at the Union Township Civic Center, located at 4350 Aicholtz Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245, to consider and receive public comment regarding the adoption of a Resolution levying an additional annual license tax in the amount of $5.00 upon the operation of motor vehicles on the public roads and highways in the unincorporated territory of the township for any authorized purpose, as permitted pursuant to Section 4504.181 of the Ohio Revised Code. The proposed effective date for the collection of such additional license tax is January 1, 2027. Released by Cory Wm. Wright, Township Administrator.
